This 15-day package combines facelift surgery in Bangkok with a quieter recovery stay in Koh Samui. Bangkok Health Service coordinates the hospital appointment, accommodation, domestic flights, transfers and local support, while the surgeon and hospital remain responsible for the medical assessment and treatment.
The package includes a facelift for one patient. Depending on the surgeonโs assessment, the operation may use a SMAS or Deep Plane technique. A neck lift is an optional add-on and is not included in the starting price.

Koh Samui can provide a quieter setting after the surgeon has confirmed that the patient is ready to travel. The itinerary currently uses the Rembrandt Hotel & Suites Bangkok and The Privilege Hotel Ezra Beach Club in Koh Samui, or comparable accommodation confirmed in the written itinerary. Hotel availability and the final room category are confirmed before booking.
The Comfort package starts from 244,900 THB for one patientโs facelift and the listed travel services. One companion may share the same hotel room, with breakfast and the listed transfers included. The 249,900 THB two-person option also includes the companionโs return domestic flights between Bangkok and Koh Samui. A Premium hotel or private-villa arrangement starts from 299,900 THB.
The final written quotation depends on the surgeon, recommended technique, hospital stay, travel dates, accommodation and any additional procedure such as a neck lift. Bangkok Health Service collects 50% of the travel-package price at booking and the remaining 50% no later than 14 days before arrival. The patient pays the medical treatment directly to the hospital after consultation and approval of the treatment plan.
One international patient in her early fifties travelled with her mother for a Deep Plane facelift at a private hospital in Bangkok. Her itinerary included approximately one week in Bangkok, followed by a quieter week in Koh Samui and a final overnight stay near Bangkokโs airport before her flight home.
She remained in hospital for about four days. Her mother could stay with her for part of the admission, while paying separately for her own meals. After discharge and the required Bangkok follow-up, Bangkok Health Service coordinated the domestic flights, hotels and transfers for the Koh Samui portion of the trip.
During the island stay, the patient continued to experience some expected early swelling and bruising, but remained in contact with the coordination team. She later reported being very satisfied with the natural-looking result.
