The operation may use a SMAS or Deep Plane approach depending on the surgeon’s assessment, the patient’s anatomy and the agreed treatment plan. Bangkok Health Service coordinates the journey and appointments; the hospital and surgeon provide the medical assessment and treatment.

Early swelling and bruising are expected after combined face and neck surgery. The surgeon determines the hospital stay, discharge date, follow-up schedule, activity restrictions and fitness to fly. Fourteen hotel nights provide more flexibility for recovery and follow-up, but do not guarantee that healing will be complete before departure.
The package starts from 299,900 THB for one patient’s combined facelift and neck lift and the listed travel services. The final written quotation depends on the technique, surgeon, hospital, expected admission, travel dates and accommodation.
Bangkok Health Service collects 50% of the travel-package price at booking and the remaining 50% no later than 14 days before arrival. The medical treatment is paid directly to the hospital after the patient has met the surgeon and approved the treatment plan.

The hospital determines anaesthesia, operation time, admission, discharge, wound care and follow-up. Around three hospital nights may be expected for some combined Deep Plane procedures, but individual plans vary.
